Bonjourno,
Tuesday was pretty interesting. We watched more movies in physics, did calculus in math, and there was a history quiz in history class which Herr Göbbel gave us. Then we came home, changed and went to beach volleyball. Make my way home at about three, and we went to Herr Eßer´s party. Lots of fun, met an American exchange student named Will, cleaned some tables. At about 10:30, Lukas realized my one weakness and asked me nicely to have a beer ´for him´. Then they toasted the Queen. I was powerless to resist. So, I had one beer and some pretzels. And we got home at about 1 thirty.
Woke up too late to go running and went to school, where we spent most of the time going to assemblies and cleaning desks. Then I went home, we packed, and we went to Herr Hoffman´s party. However, it wasn´t as crazy a party as Tuesday {at which, I lectured a teacher on the proper way to teach languages}, and the meat wasn´t ready until we had to leave. We got on the train at the station at 2 in the afternoon, heading for Köln. I finished my book on Napoleon and worked on some calculus until we reached Köln eventually.
We had an hour to kill until our train to Aachen came, so we went to the famous cathedral and looked around. Never seen so much shocking idolatry, which made me debate whether Catholicism is Christian, which brough amusing memories of Justin talking about the Pope. Then we went to Aachen, but it was a much shorter ride and I just read some Bible.
We met Susanne at the train station and went to her house, where I talked with her father about history and ate dinner. Then we saw a WW2 bunker that´s right next to their house and then Susanne took us on a brief tour of Aachen. Then we stopped by a bar and Lukas and her spent their time trying to get me drunk. As of now, they have not suceeded. They got one cocktail and a Budweiser into me. Now, I´m finishing that Budweiser and talking to Susanne´s boyfriend on ICQ. I´ll be back in Ulm on August 2nd with tales of Berlin. And yes, I´m going to the Reichstag and I´ll try to recreate the Call of Duty storming thereof and the Battle of Berlin. Ciao!
